You don't have to journey alone

Who am I? What do I do?

So, growing up, I already had life expectations given to me. My parents already had a vision for who they wanted their children to be. For me, that was being a good future daughter-in-law. It wasn’t even just to be a good wife but a good daughter-in-law. That became my identity for the majority of my life.

Even though my parents told me that I could make any career I wanted, I was still bound by the labels of being a woman and a minority.

This is me breaking free.

After going through years of self-doubt, and ultimately into depression, I am coming out as the strong independent woman I was meant to be, for myself and no one else. Through therapy and lots of self-work, I have finally embraced all that I am, who I thought I was, and who I truly want to be.

This is happiness, and this is why I became an empowerment coach. I lived through the struggles of finding self-worth and meaning to life, and I want to empower you to do the same. Each of us has our own story to tell. This is my story, and now it’s time to tell yours.
